Have you ever thought about what Christmas really means? Christmas is not just all about presents. It is about spending time with your family and friends during Christmas and caring for others.

SRLA (Student Run LA)

There will be a upcoming run for Student Run LA on December 11,2011, and this run will take place in pomona. this run will be half a marathon which is 13.1 miles.

Washington D.C.

Mr. Shuton plans to take students to a trip to Washington D.C. We asked him how much the trip cost, who is going and why is he going. Luckily, the trip provides a hotel and food for the students. The trip gives more than education, it gives excitement!

FOOTBALL CARNIVAL

After many years of the football carnival the journalism reporters are going to dig in the history of this big event. We found out that the football carnival has been going on for 67 years now. There has only been blue and green teams for 32 years!

Book Fair

There is going to be a book fair held at Nightingale Middle School. The book fair starts on November 29 and ends on December 2^nd. This will give students an opportunity to buy books and read. Go buy a book before it ends!
